Unlike the rigid parameters of a building's core, a site's exterior environment evolves daily, impacted by shifting topography, seasonal light, and the logistical realities of heavy machinery. A real-time toolkit allows me to treat the landscape as a living document rather than a static plan. By integrating current site scans and data with Unreal Engine, I can instantly visualise how a proposed treeline impacts privacy or how a terrace’s orientation captures the afternoon sun, all while accounting for the invisible constraints of underground utilities and drainage.

For HNWIs and executive teams, this means the landscape is no longer an afterthought or a best guess in the final stages of a build. I provide the ability to walk through the grounds virtually at any point in the construction cycle.
